Defective Product Return Policy

At Lauve Maison, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and professionally.

🔍 Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

A product is considered defective if it:

  • Arrives with visible damage (e.g., cracks, chips, or structural flaws).

  • Is functionally compromised due to craftsmanship or materials.

  • Significantly deviates from the product description or selected finish.

Please note: Minor variations in texture, tone, or finish are a natural characteristic of handcrafted and concrete-based items and do not qualify as defects.

📸 How to Report a Defect

To initiate a return for a defective product, please email lauvemaison@gmail.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue(s)

  • A brief description of the defect

Our team will assess your submission within 2–3 business days.

🔁Resolution Options

Once a defect is verified, we offer the following resolutions:

  • Store Credit equal to the full value of the defective item

  • Replacement of the same product (if available)

As all our pieces are made-to-order, approved claims are typically resolved through a replacement or store credit. We’re committed to making sure your experience with Lauve Maison is exceptional.

Disclaimer: All Lauve Maison products are handcrafted and made-to-order. As such, natural variations in finish, texture, and tone may occur and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is eligible for replacement or store credit. Lauve Maison is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized modifications after delivery.

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is required, Lauve Maison will cover the return shipping cost for verified defective items. All returns must be authorized by our team prior to shipping.

⚠️ Custom & Made-to-Order Products

As all Lauve Maison pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges outside of verified defects or shipping damage.
